What Platform Will My Website Be Built On?
I build all websites on Showit which has a monthly cost of $30 a month. for the basic plan. All clients are responsible for signing up for this platform with your own information so that your website can be live
Do I Need To Have Everything Ready Before We Start?
No, but the main item you should have ready before we start is the content you would like on the website such as good quality images and videos. I'll guide you through every step with forms, videos, and a custom client portal to help bring your vision to life.
Will I Need to Schedule Any Calls Throughout This Process?
Nope! I’ve designed this process to be entirely asynchronous. Everything is handled through guided forms, email, and Loom videos, so you don't have to clear your busy schedule to take calls.
Do You Offer Support After The Project Is Over?
Yes, 100%. We offer maintenance plans after your project so that you never have to make updates to your website yourself if you don't want to! You also get 7, 14, or 30 days of free launch support depending on which package you choose.
What Does The Website Maintenance Include?
There are two website maintenance plans currently being offered.
The Essentials Plan ($75/month) includes a monthly site check up, up to 30 minutes/month of content edits, form & link testing, email support (48-72 hours response).
The Growth Plan ($125/month) includes everything in Essentials + up to 1 hour of content edits, priority response time (24-48 hours), monthly report & check in, SEO check in & adjustments.
$50-$100 for one time fixes or updates
What Are My Payment Options?
If you pay in full, the payment will be as follows: Sign the agreement, pay the invoice in full, then book your project start date.
If you want to split payments, we do a 50/50 split (because of how quick the projects are), where 50% is due when the agreement is signed and the remaining 50% is due the day before launch.
How Soon Can We Start?
Typically book projects 2-4 weeks in advance but there could be availability earlier. Once you inquire, I’ll share my next available start dates and guide you through the onboarding process.
How Does The Free Home Page Work?
If you fill out the form to get a free home page, I will design you a home page completely free of cost, no strings attached. This allows you to see a preview of how your website could look. If you like the home page and want to proceed with finishing the website, that is when payment begins.
What Other Costs Are Associated With This Project?
The only other costs associated would be the domain cost (GoDaddy, etc.) and your Showit subscription. These are required to start the project and keep the website live.
